Each of our artists charge their own individual rates, but generally range between $150-$200 per hour. Flash prices are listed with each option when an artist releases new designs. Apprentice rates may vary from artist rates.

Tips are not required, but always greatly appreciated by your artist. A good rule of thumb is to tip as you would at other service industries. Other forms of tips will be just as appreciated! Artists love non-monetary gifts such as handmade gifts, plants, and baked goods.

Yes! However, we are primarily appointment based, so it’s a good idea to call before stopping by to get an idea of who is available that day.

No. It is illegal in Rhode Island to tattoo anyone under the age of 18.

Nope! We encourage you to let your tattoo artist handle shaving during your appointment to avoid any cuts or razor rash before the appointment.

Arriving up to 5 minutes early is perfectly fine! Unless mentioned by your artist, please refrain from arriving any earlier, as we are using that time to clean up from the last appointment and prepare for your appointment!

As tattoos heal, the ink naturally spreads out. Tattooing something too small doesn’t give the design enough space to spread out and still hold the design without turning into a blob of black overtime. The artist will give you size options that will allow your tattoo to heal nicely.

The truth is, tattoos hurt. Some areas hurt more than others and it’s different for each client depending on location. There are a lot of numbing creams on the market. We recommend Zensa! One thing to consider is a lot of these creams can

wear off during the tattoo, making it can feel more sensitive than it would have without the cream. If you are thinking about using a cream always talk to your artist beforehand.

If you’re sick, please reschedule. Your tolerance to pain and stress will be low, and your artist does not want to catch anything. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, you will need to schedule for after the baby is born and no longer breastfeeding.

Absolutely! Some tattoo artists specialize and some like to do everything. Some artists only do black and grey and some love color or both. See which artist aligns with your vision before booking.

Depends we leave it up to the artist. Some artists don’t want to tattoo certain areas of the body, certain styles, certain symbolism, or something they don’t feel comfortable doing.
